Plan | Develop a project plan that manages risk, identifies resources, and allocates them to a schedule. The acceptance tests to be applied to the project are specified to ensure the outcome of the project. |
Design | Produce a comprehensive, detailed low level design and refine the project plan as required. |
Implement | Deliver the solution according to the plan, execute the acceptance tests, and document the result. |
Operate | Use the solution in production without major changes while monitoring performance, reliability, availability. |
Optimize | Determine if the technology deployed is still in alignment with evolving business needs. If changes are required, the process begins again. |
