Forte has earned the Express Unified Communications Specialization by demonstrating expertise in the configuration and deployment of the ISR based Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express. Our experience with the ISR based Unified Communications solutions gives us a unique level of expertise supporting the UC500 Series that are derived from the ISR solutions.
We can easily go beyond the UC500's graphical interface to deliver enhanced functionality and customization that can only be achieved with command line programming.

The Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot routed and switched networks including WAN and remote sites.
Technologies covered include extended switching networks with VLANs, access lists, and point to point connectivity.

The Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) validates the knowledge required to design a Cisco converged network. Candidates must demonstrate the skills required to design routed and switched network infrastructures and services for LAN, WAN, and broadband access including campus, data center, security, voice, and wireless.
