Cisco UC 500 Series The core of the SBCS is the Cisco UC 500 Series appliance.  Available in models supporting 16, 32, 64, and 104 users with POTS, BRI, PRI, and T1 SIP PSTN interfaces, the UC 500 supports multiple locations, offers PoE ports to power phones, and provides firewall capabilities. The Cisco UC 500 can be expanded with the addition of Cisco ESW 500 Series switches and the Cisco AP 500 Series wireless access points.
Cisco SPA 500 Series IP Phones The Cisco UC 500 is compatible with the SPA 500 Series IP phones purpose built for small business in mind.  They offer wideband audio, voice and data integration, an optional color displays, all at a small business price.
Cisco 7900 Series IP Phones The Cisco UC 500 is also compatible with the enterprise class Cisco 7900 Series IP phones.  These flagship IP phones feature data and voice integration with uncompromising durability.
