Brian Lee, Chief Everything Officer, Principal Nerd
Forte was founded by Brian in 1985 after senior executive positions with Synapse Software and Broderbund Software. He is co-author of the 1990 best-selling "The New Print Shop". With an MBA in Finance, he brings a comprehensive business perspective to projects. He holds numerous technical certifications that include Microsoft MCT / MCSE, Cisco CCNA / CCNA-Voice / CCDA / CSE / UCTDS / UCTSS / IPCX, VMware VCP / VTSP / VSP, SonicWALL CSSA, A+, N+, and Security+ and is the solution architect on complex enterprise engagements.
When not geeking out, Brian serves as a nationally certified High Performance Driving Instructor for the Porsche Club of America and BMW Car Club of America, and is an avid photographer and cook.
Dane Bigham, VP and General Manager
Dane is in charge of operations for Forte, a role he has held for over 15 years. Author of the best-selling "Where In the World is Carmen San Diego" and other titles, he was a principal at Presage Software before joining Forte. Dane has extensive experience with large scale software development projects in addition to the core technologies used by businesses of all sizes.
Aloka Arachige, Director of Enterprise Services
Aloka leads our engineering team focused on the full spectrum of technologies employed by our Medium and Enterprise clients. He is an expert in network architecture, security, high performance computing, virtualization, storage area networking, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Forte he founded Catapult Integrated Systems, one of the first ISP/Telecom companies in Silicon Valley.
Matt Raymond, Service Manager
Matt joined Forte over 15 years ago as an engineer and now supervises the delivery of technical services. His extensive experience working directly with clients in a technical capacity allows him to quickly assess situations and accurately match an engineer to the need.
